The Academy
Lacey Baseball Academy develops baseball players across the entire Central Florida region. Sessions are run as team practices — not crowded clinics — so each athlete trains with players of similar skill and similar age. The work on the field is baseball. The standard underneath it is Character, Accountability, Work Ethic.
Grouped by age and skill
T-Ball through select. Nobody is lost in a mixed group.
Game-speed reps
Infield, outfield, hitting, throwing, and baseball IQ.
Strength training
Age-appropriate strength, mobility, and power so players throw harder and stay healthier.
Two home fields
Train in Clermont and Groveland, minutes from the rest of the region.
The standard
We do not teach baseball alone. We form the person who plays it. Character, Accountability, and Work Ethic are the spine of Lacey Baseball Academy — life skills that outlast a season and travel with a player long after the uniform comes off.
C
Who you are when the stands are empty.
Respect for teammates, opponents, coaches, and the game itself. Integrity in the dugout and on the ride home. Character is the quiet decision to do the right thing when nobody is keeping score — and it is the first thing we teach.
A
Own the work. Own the result.
No excuses. Own the error, the at-bat, and the day you did not want to come. Accountability is the conversation a player has with himself after a mistake — and the standard he returns to the next pitch.
W
Talent is a start. The standard is the unseen hour.
Show up ready. Compete. Outwork the wish. Extra ground balls, extra sprints, extra focus when it would be easier to coast. Work ethic is how this academy turns potential into a player others can count on.

How we train
Character, Accountability, Work Ethic.
Organized team practices and strength training, grouped by age and skill, with a college infield standard. Parents know the hour count. Players know the expectation.
This is a program with a vision. Players who do not share these values will be released. Alignment is not negotiable; it is how we protect the culture we are here to build.
